What are your office opening hours for customer service?

Our opening hours are Monday to Sunday 9am to 5pm.

What is the cut off time for Next working day orders?

Our cut off point for next working day orders is 3pm Monday to Friday.

How much will it cost for Postage?

We offer free next working day delivery on all orders over £50 to Mainland UK. If you live outside of mainland UK a delivery charge may apply. This charge will be applied to your order at checkout but you can always contact us first to see what the delivery charge will be.

Do you Deliver outside of the UK?

We do deliver to many countries outside of the UK, please contact us to see if we can deliver to you and what delivery charge would be applied.

Can you guarantee me that the quality of these gazebos/Hot tubs is not substandard?

100% ! like we have previously stated we have a fantastic working relationship with the factory. We personally visit once a year and have an agent based near the factories who will visit and report back to us on every order with a full conformity report and pictures. If the products do not meet our standards we simply reject them, however this is something that has not happened to date as the factory produces a supurb product. But rest assured by us having this process it reduces the risk of any faulty items finding their way into our stock.

How long is delivery?

Courier delivery if purchased before 3pm Monday – Thursday will be next day delivery between 07:30 & 19:30. If purchased after 3pm or on a Friday, delivery will be the next available working day.

Do you offer a Saturday Delivery?

We can arrange a Saturday delivery for you, however this would be at a further cost. Please contact us for more information.

Can I collect?

We can offer a collection by yourself, however payment must be made on collection not beforehand. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer account/credit?

No, sorry this is something that we cannot offer all items must be paid for before our delivery service is arranged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can take payment by PayPal, credit/debit card direct on the website or over the phone. Please note when paying by PayPal or Credit/debit card we must dispatch to the cardholders registered address without exception.

Can I have a VAT receipt?

Yes, All of our items total prices include VAT and we can send out a VAT receipt upon request.

Can I purchase spare Parts?

Yes of course you can. We have spare parts available from Struts to roofs. Please see our “Spare Parts” section for more details.

Can I get a discount for bulk orders?

Depending on the size of your order we may be able to offer you a discount on bulk orders. Please contact us for more information.

Do you ever run competitions or have discount codes available?

From time to time we may run competitions or have live discount codes available for a limited time. Please check out our Facebook Page – All Seasons Gazebos and Hot Tubs to find out more.

What if I want to return my item?

If you wish to return your item you can of course do so. All items you wish to return must be returned within 30 days of you receiving the item, unused and in their original condition. Please fill in a returns form, located at the bottom of our homepage under “returns” and we will be happy to help.
